ABOUT RECOVER360™
Recover360 is a specialist, research-led and evidence-informed recovery organisation initially focused on ketamine dependence.
We are developing a clinically robust, relationship-led model that brings together psychotherapy, psychoeducation, family support, physical wellbeing, nutrition, Recovery Navigation and digital recovery support through RFiveapp.
Recover360 was created from a clear belief: recovery should support people not only to change their substance use, but to rebuild the health, relationships, confidence, identity and direction that make change meaningful and sustainable.
Addiction can gradually affect almost every part of a person’s life. Its impact may be seen in physical and psychological health, relationships, trust, education, employment, finances, routines, identity and hope for the future.
Support is often provided by dedicated and skilled professionals, yet the wider recovery journey can still become fragmented. Different needs may be addressed separately, and people and families may be left to connect clinical treatment with the realities of everyday life.
Recover360 was established to create a more connected pathway.
Our purpose is to bring the essential elements of whole-person recovery together around the individual, supported by consistent relationships, clinical integrity and a clear recovery direction.
Our mission is to provide specialist, compassionate and clinically robust recovery support that helps people affected by addiction build meaningful and sustainable lives.
We aim to support participants and families with dignity, strengthen the connection between clinical work and everyday recovery, and contribute responsibly to the developing evidence base for ketamine dependence and addiction recovery.
Our vision is a future in which people affected by addiction can access connected, whole-person support before harm becomes further established — and remain supported as they rebuild life beyond substance use.
Recover360 begins with ketamine dependence because of the growing need for specialist understanding and integrated support. Over time, evidence and learning from this pathway may inform carefully governed development into other areas of addiction.
We intend to develop responsibly: protecting clinical quality, learning from outcomes and lived experience, and expanding only where the model can be adapted with integrity.
Recover360 expresses its whole-person recovery journey through Recover, Restore and Reclaim. The pillars reflect engagement with change, rebuilding the areas of life affected by addiction, and developing identity, agency and future direction beyond it.
RFiveapp carries the three Recover360 pillars into everyday life and adds Reconnect and Reinforce — reflecting the importance of supportive relationships, continuity and strengthening recovery between scheduled sessions. Together, these form RFiveapp’s five digital recovery pillars: Recover, Restore, Reconnect, Reinforce and Reclaim.
Every person deserves to be treated with respect. Addiction does not remove individuality, worth, autonomy or the capacity for change.
We believe meaningful change is supported through safe, consistent and respectful relationships. Technology can strengthen continuity, but it must never replace human connection.
We consider psychological, relational, physical, practical and social needs together. Recovery is not reduced to a single behaviour or outcome.
Safe and effective support requires professional competence, ethical practice, safeguarding, supervision, reflective leadership and clear accountability.
We are guided by relevant evidence while remaining curious about individual experience. We distinguish what is known, what is emerging and what still needs to be learned.
Families and loved ones can be deeply affected by addiction. Their understanding, boundaries and wellbeing matter in their own right.
We communicate hope without promising simple or guaranteed outcomes. Recovery can be difficult and non-linear, and honest support makes room for both possibility and complexity.
Recover360 develops in phases so that governance, workforce, digital infrastructure and clinical delivery can grow together without compromising the integrity of the model.
Recover360 brings its purpose to life through a connected clinical model, Recovery Navigation, appropriate family involvement and RFiveapp. Each has a distinct role while contributing to one shared recovery direction.
Research, outcome evaluation and lived experience support continual learning. Development is phased so that clinical delivery, governance, workforce and digital infrastructure grow together. The initial pilot is designed for adults aged 18 and over, with a distinct 16–17 Young Person Pathway planned as the next phase.
Recover360 is being developed with clinical quality, ethical practice, safeguarding and professional accountability at its foundation.
We are committed to working within clearly defined professional boundaries, recognising the limits of our provision and collaborating appropriately with other services. Clinical integrity means being honest about what Recover360 can provide and recognising when someone requires additional, specialist or urgent support.
Lucy Payne is a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with more than 15 years’ experience across private practice, therapeutic service development and clinical leadership.
Her work with individuals, couples and families is integrative, person-centred and relational, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioural perspectives and informed by trauma, attachment, neurodiversity and the importance of the therapeutic relationship.
Lucy previously developed and led a counselling and mediation service supported by a multidisciplinary team. Her professional experience, alongside first-hand awareness of how difficult it can be for individuals and families to find connected support, shaped the vision for Recover360.
As Founder and Director, Lucy is responsible for protecting Recover360’s clinical ethos and developing the governance, partnerships, research and infrastructure required for safe, sustainable delivery.
Recover360 is being developed through a phased structure designed to keep clinical quality, lived experience, technology, research and operational accountability connected. The chart below is the intended public-facing structure. Only confirmed appointments are named; other positions remain marked as “Appointment to be confirmed.”
Strategic oversight · clinical assurance · safeguarding · lived-experience and family voice · research and ethical accountability.

Recover360 does not assume that a new model is effective simply because it is comprehensive or innovative.
The organisation is committed to evaluating delivery, listening to participants and families, consulting professionals and researchers, and using evidence to guide improvement. Learning will include limitations, challenges and unintended effects as well as positive outcomes.
This commitment supports a culture in which quality is demonstrated through accountable practice and continual development rather than promotional claims.
Recover360 aims to create support that is respectful, accessible and responsive to difference.
People’s experiences of addiction and recovery may be shaped by age, disability, neurodiversity, culture, ethnicity, faith, sex, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic circumstances, caring responsibilities and previous experiences of services.
Inclusive practice requires more than welcoming language. It involves listening, making reasonable adjustments where possible, reviewing barriers and recognising when a person needs specialist support beyond the scope of Recover360™.
We also recognise that financial circumstances can affect access to specialist care. Recover360™ intends to pursue responsible partnerships, funded places and bursary opportunities as these become available, while communicating current options accurately.
Recover360 is committed to:
Above all, Recover360 exists to help people build lives that become meaningful, connected and worth protecting.
Whether you are seeking support, concerned about someone you care about, considering a professional referral or interested in research or partnership, we welcome an initial conversation.
